To maintain the shine, keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, and hairsprays. Store each piece in its original PRAO pouch or an airtight box after use.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
