At PRAO Fashion Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original PRAO branded box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
